Week of 1/10

This week I started off by returning to my RGB controller project. When I left off I had almost finished coding, modeling and making the circuit board, but i'm still experiencing problems with changing to the correct color when pressing the respective button. Occasionally it flat out will not do anything when a button is pressed. Additionally 2 of the LEDs on the trellis keypad do not light up, even when using a different one. This week I finished the PCB and soldered it with all of its electronics. I tested the code on this and was experiencing the same problems with the keypad. I really only need to 3d print the enclosure, put it all together, and fine tune the coding.

This is the last part I need to make. Once it is 3d printed I need to mount the PCB, keypad, and OLED screen

Also my older brother is coming back home from Austria for his birthday and I started to make a gift for him. After looking for inspiration on Instructables, I came across a color changing cloud lamp. Its very simple and can be made just from 3d printed and laser cut parts. I might even try to configure my RGB controller to control the lights on this after it's done. After all this is done I hope to make a small quadcopter using Arduino.
