Starting off the week, I wanted to reprint the projector case legs so I wouldn't have to have so many spacers stuck in-between all of the standoffs. I was using the standoffs along with some nylon washers to make up for the gap that was there at first. I then found the total length of the spacers to be about 3 mm so I added that to the original design and reprinted them.

After this, I found myself unsure of what project I could start that would not only be manageable but also completed in a timely manner. I spent time looking around for inspiration and started looking into making a desktop tesla coil. After watching some build guides I learned that some of the parts would be hard to make myself and learning and matching the resonance frequencies needed to make it work, would just take too much time. I really want to make this on my own time though so I looked at a few different kits and am probably going to order at least the hard to make parts so that I can build it at home.
Regardless I found a project to make and landed on a lightbox for my mom given that mothers day is approaching. I decided it would be a good project to create a decorative lightbox for my mom. With this idea in mind, I began to sketch out my plans, envisioning the design and the materials I would need to make this.
First I picked what I am actually going to put on the lightbox and made the panel for it in fusion and put the pdf on it and then finally traced the bitmap on inkscape to make the image engrave-able. After this I started looking for all of the parts that I would need and started to assemble my breadboard so I could start coding. Lastly I started to code a few different lighting modes to end off the week.
