On Tuesday, I finished my tutorial on a small test python code to print a message similar to serial printing in Arduino. On Wednesday I got a small HDMI screen that mounts to the back of the raspberry pi. At first it didn't take up the whole display and the touchscreen did not work. The rest of the day I just changed the default window size and text size for applications to make sure they would work properly and tested them.

On Thursday I found the driver repositories for touchscreen and the Linux compatibility, and installed them both which took very long as there were no instructions or labels leading to the drivers. On Friday I installed Open-CV, a coding language used with python, to utilize videos and images. I will be using this to have a python script read a video output from a camera and code the script for facial recognition.
