Week 8 10/23-10/27

This week I continued on the attendance system and took somewhat of a detour. I have no prior python experience so ai attempted to find someone else's script and try to reverse engineer it and create my own, yet the scripts I found were not applicable to my face id system so they weren't much of a help. I then worked on writing variables and values to files with python. I started with .txt documents which I got to work, but Mr Christy introduced me to cv2 files which can be read as tables and charts by google docs. These files will be much better for what i'm doing as i can create an attendance graph which is easier to read than having everything on a .txt document. Going forward I am going to learn write to these cv2 charts, and then implement them into the face id script.
